The website is hosted by IONOS. Delivering and securing pages may involve IP address, access time, requested address, browser/operating system details, referrer and technical logs. The basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and available website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). IONOS states an eight-week retention period for technical visitor data in its web hosting documentation; see the provider link below.
The form asks for your name, company, email and message. We use this to respond, arrange a conversation and assess potential cooperation. Requests are stored in WordPress for authorised administrators and also notified by email. Pre-contract enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b); other correspondence relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The privacy checkbox acknowledges the notice; it is not marketing consent. These fields are required for online processing. You may instead contact us by telephone or email.
The form uses a security check, spam field and hourly limit. A hash derived from the IP address using a server-specific secret key is kept as a temporary counter for approximately one hour to prevent spam and attacks (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The raw IP is not added to the enquiry record; hosting-level technical logs are separate.
Form enquiries remain active for the 90 days configured in the administration area, then enter the WordPress trash and deletion cycle. Daily cleanup is triggered by website visits. Emails are retained as needed for handling, follow-up, legal claims or statutory duties and deleted when that purpose ends. Contract documents and backups may follow their own statutory or technical retention cycles.
Authorised staff and hosting/email service providers may receive necessary information. Local partners or professionals receive data only as needed for your request and on an appropriate legal basis. If a transfer outside the EEA is necessary, adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V are assessed. Contact details are not sold for advertising and submitting a request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Subject to the applicable conditions, Articles 15–22 GDPR provide rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may object to legitimate-interest processing for reasons relating to your particular situation under Article 21. Any consent given may be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information; a link is provided below.
GrowUp runs text animations in browser memory without creating a persistent profile for that purpose. No advertising pixels, external videos or non-essential analytics components have been added to these GrowUp pages. Further information is on the Cookie Policy page. Other brands and external sites have their own privacy notices. This contact form does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
