These conditions describe the On Business GrowUp website provided by Harun Yazıcı / On Business Group. It introduces services and receives enquiries; it is not an online membership or automatic paid ordering system.

2. Proposals and Contracts
Viewing a page, sending an email or submitting the form does not by itself create a paid consulting or franchise contract. Scope, target country, fees, marketing budget, commission, exclusivity and duration are expressly agreed in a separate proposal or contract. Timelines are general working plans; specific project terms are agreed in writing.
3. Outcomes and Authorised Professionals
Business development and investor introductions do not guarantee an investment, revenue, residence permit, visa or government support approval. Investment decisions rest with the parties and official decisions with the relevant authority. Legal, tax and activities requiring authorisation are provided only by authorised professionals. Partner services may have separate terms.
4. Use and Intellectual Property
Provide accurate, lawful and relevant information. Infringing content, spam and security interference are not permitted. Uses allowed by law remain unaffected; commercial reuse and trademark use require authorisation from the relevant rights holder.
5. Liability and Mandatory Rights
Content is prepared carefully but does not replace an up-to-date project-specific assessment. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and other mandatory liability is not limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Linked third-party services have their own terms and privacy notices.
6. Cancellation, Fees and Withdrawal
This website takes no payments or binding service orders, so no automatic refund process arises here. If a separate paid contract is concluded, cancellation, fees and any applicable statutory withdrawal information are provided before that transaction is agreed. Simply contacting us does not incur a service fee.
